The <a href="http://www.mfy.org/wp-content/uploads/Statement-on-NYS-Executive-Budget.pdf">Statewide Campaign to Save the Foreclosure Prevention Services Program</a> has issued a statement and asks New Yorkers to immediately contact their state representatives to demand that funding be restored. MFY attorney Elizabeth Lynch spoke to <a title="WNYC foreclosure report" href="http://www.wnyc.org/articles/wnyc-news/2012/jan/18/money-runs-out-homeowner-legal-assistance-foreclosure-cases/#">WNYC</a> about the need for advocates to represent homeowners in court.</p>
